Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesRent increase felt too steep, specially factoring in the quality of what we got in exchange. Maintenance staff is usually very quick to fix things which is nice, and the management team has usually been very helpful too.
Thank you Renato for taking the time to complete our survey. We try our best to keep our rental increase comparable with the national increase. But inflation is something that we all deal with. I hope that your future experience will be one that makes it worth the while.

|Recommended: YesThe Reserve — It was very nice. The kitchen and bathrooms were redone and it looks really good but the ac didn’t seem to be working and the living room furniture was ripped up

|Recommended: YesOverall good — The bedroom doorknob and lock are a little loose wiggly and it made it a little difficult for me to get in, but I am not sure if that’s just the quality of the doorknob or if it can be fixed.
