Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI have been at the reserve for two years. Even though I didn't participate in many of the activities because of covid. I still had a great experience. They had multiple activities and free food throughout the year, which is great for a broke college student.

The pond is just beautiful to lay out and do work. The best part is the proximity to campus and amenities on the east side

It is kind of a lot of work to go all the way outside the complex to throw away my trash. I would like to have at least one dumpster closer to my actual unit.

|Recommended: YesAffordable, comfortable, and friendly — I love the atmosphere, the layout, amenities, and friendliness of all staff, maintenance, and staff. The place is a great location to school and groceries and has a lot of things that contribute to making the place feel like home.

The maintenance people are helpful and fast to fix anything we need. The pool and other amenities are fabulous to have. Everyone was helpful when my roommate and I locked ourselves out of our apartment. We were back in the apartment within 30 minutes.
