Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesThis is my fourth year living at the reserve and I've lived in both a four bedroom and a two bedroom apartment. I've really enjoyed my time here and I think that the current staff at the reserve is the best that it's been in my time here. They are always so helpful and I feel like they are willing to help me with problems with my apartment.

Mantience fixed most of the issues pretty quickly, but you aren't notified when mantience are going to show up and they oftentimes don't knock, so a man would just show up in our apartment without our knowledge.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI’ve thoroughly enjoyed my time at the Reserve I haven’t had any issues with the management, the amenities are well-maintained, and the rent is very affordable, especially compared to other apartment complexes in the area. I even renewed my lease at the Reserve because I believe the Reserve is the best apartment complex in Athens within this price range.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI like the apartment, some of the doors were hanged at a little angle, making them close by them selves, but the rest is excellent. There's plenty of space, and I got all the furniture I needed.
