Dear Residents and Guarantors, 
 
We hope that you, your family and fellow residents are doing as well as can be expected in these extraordinary times.
 
The Reserve at Athens continues to monitor the international and domestic spread of the COVID-19 virus, and our Corporate Preparedness Committee is meeting regularly to assess conditions and adapt our protocols as circumstances change. We are also working closely with the local universities and colleges to support their protocols and policies.
 
We have put into place resources and plans to allow us to continue to serve you, our valued residents, seamlessly. We are adopting appropriate social distancing measures in the office and across the property. Additionally, in the event that the office is required to close, our staff has remote computer and phone access to carry out their job responsibilities and support our residents as close to business as usual as possible. 
 
At this time, we are making the move to shorten our office hours. Going forward we will be open from 9 AM to 6 PM each day Monday through Friday and closed on the weekends. You will still have the ability to call 24 hours a day and during times the office is closed, our amazing off-site Leasing Center can help connect you with information, put in work orders and address any emergency situations that may occur.
 
Until further notice, The Reserve at Athens has suspended the use of all amenities (e.g. the fitness center, computer lab, study rooms, etc.) to all residents. We are also suspending all in person resident events at this time but will be continuing to plan fun and interactive events through our social media, if you do not already follow us, make sure to take a moment to do so. 
 
We are also requesting that any residents who have traveled within the past 14 days to those areas identified by the CDC as having sustained widespread transmission of COVID-19 to refrain from using any common spaces. If you need anything, please contact the office by phone or email.  
 
The ability to continue to serve our residents with the quality of service you deserve and expect from us is of paramount importance to us, as is the safety and well-being of our staff. We are living through unprecedented times – but be assured, the property is being managed to the same professional standards as it has always been.
