Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesMy apartment is great, the amenities are great, but my downstairs neighbor with her dog kind of sucks because her dog barks all the time in the middle of the night and it's kind of sad.

The apartments are nice and the amenities allow me to get out of the house whenever I need a break from studying It's been a stable and secure place to live during college

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesThe staff is absolutely so amazing and thoughtful. If I weren’t transferring to another school I would stay here. As long as you keep your place super clean and don’t slack off in the warmer months, you will enjoy it here. Unless it’s football season, this is a pretty quiet neighborhood. The pets are even quiet too. This is truly a really great place to be,especially if you’re not from Athens

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesEverything about the Reserve has been pleasant. The staff is great. The grounds are managed well. The location is also pretty good. My biggest issue and the only reason it has less than 5 stars, is the internet. It is extremely inconvenient and drops service every 20 minutes from 10 seconds at a time, to up to 4 or 5 minutes. This makes doing anything like doing homework or gaming a serious issue. I have tried to reach out to management and they say they cannot fix it however, I believe there are actions that can be made but are choosing not to for convenience sake. I almost advise people against moving here if you at all believe internet is important.
