Nevertheless, I'm satisfied and I don't know other than because I've only lived for three days.

It’s unfortunate the rent had to go up so I’m curious to see if the renovations are worth it. I enjoy all of the amenities available to us and how responsive the maintenance staff is

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesPretty decent, nothing to really complain about. Only problem is sometimes I have to park pretty far away from my apartment when all the spots get taken. The facilities are nice and the area is well kept.

Hello Marco! Rental increases are something to expect from any community :) But you will be glad to hear that along with our increase this year, we will receive RENOVATIONS!!
