Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesPleasant experience at the Reserve. It’s a cozy apartment complex for college students and is located 10 minutes from campus and practically everything. The amenities are good for what you pay for and there are occasional events where you get get stuff for free.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesIt’s been a great experience here The maintenance team is great and helps with any troubles you have with your apartment. The reception staff are always so welcoming. The apartment is cozy, and there is an on site gym and printing access.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesJust applied online and the process was swift and communication with the staff was great. The front desk is quick in responding for some requests. They receive your parcel so they are safe. However, the units need a maintenance or yearly maintenance check.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesThe Reserve is a great community. The front office staff has always been immensely helpful. While I love our apartment, the appliances and furnishings are a bit dated run down. There is also an insect problem.

However, I wish I could get my mail even if the front desk is closed. Also, I would really like it if there were more events going on.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesThis is my second year living at The Reserve. I have had no real issues with the unit, complex, management, or community. The apartments are well furnished and mostly clean, and the complex is well maintained. I have enjoyed the amenities, and the staff and management has always been helpful and responsive. My only real issues have been the poor wifi and the old appliances in the unit.
