Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesOverall good but we often have issue with having enough hot water. The inspections were a very unpleasant experience, I woke up to banging on my door and there were alarms going off that made it difficult to get anything done in the morning.
We apologize for the unpleasant fire inspection. The inconvenience was caused by a third-party company. Rest assured, we've informed maintenance about the hot water shortage and are working to address it.

The environment is very peaceful while still being close to UGA and all of the exciting things to do in Athens. Highly recommend
