Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI’ve throughly enjoyed my time at the reserve My highlights are location, cleanliness, and space. Maintenance is also very convenient. I’ve lived here for three years now and Brantley the maintenance manager has not failed to fix my apartment problems
Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesBig rooms for great monthly rent. I pay around 700 a month and I find that pretty good compared to downtown Athens prices. The apartments are maintained well and the noise level is not bad.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI've had a very positive experience overall living here. The rent is affordable, apartment units are in good shape, amenities are convenient, and the staff is always super helpful and friendly. It is occasionally loud in the complex at night, but you can't really expect an apartment complex full of college students to be quiet on weekend nights. The apartment complex is also in a good area - there are grocery stores and food options nearby and the city bus goes straight from the Reserve to UGA's main campus. I'm glad I chose the Reserve, and I can see myself living here for the remainder of my college years.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesGetting to class had been an issue, it would be really nice if there was a shuttle since the city bus is not always on time. Otherwise, there have not been any issues.
